We'll start this experience with a guided hypnotic meditation to usher you into deep states of peace and relaxation.
In this relaxed state you'll be guided on a journey to a celestial dreamscape where you'll meet your Higher Self, and be shown the life they know you are capable of embodying in this lifetime.
Seeing the life that your Higher Self has in store for you can inspire growth and new ideas for your life and future. In this place you'll be given the tools to embody the feelings of being in alignment with the life your Higher Self has in store for you, and feeling safe in receiving the bounty that the Universe has to offer.
After being gently guided back into the present moment, we'll have a moment to journal before setting an intention, followed by sipping ceremonial cacao.

What is ceremonial cacao?
Cacao (the main ingredient in chocolate) has been used for thousands of years in ceremony by native mesoamerican cultures, such as the Mayans & Aztecs. Not only does it taste delicious, but it provides a warm, uplifting feeling. It could be described as less intense than coffee, but spiritually powerful. It increases blood flow and releases a host of feel-good chemicals in the brain, but is not inebriating. Cacao helps open up the heart chakra as you send your intentions out into the Universe.
It’s important when you’re partaking in ceremony to use ceremonial grade cacao, as it’s been intentionally grown and blessed by a shaman. I recommend this brand if you need your own before the ceremony.
